CALENDAR & DEADLINES

We will be accepting entries online in early February 2010.
A new simpler entry module is being created, as well as new online tools for artists.

Dates: Saturday and Sunday,
            October 2 and 3, 2010
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday
             10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday

Booth fee: $275

DEADLINES FOR 2010
Deadline for online entry: April 1

Notifications: Sent by April 30

Last day to cancel & receive
100% exhibition fee refund: July 1

Last day to cancel & receive
50% exhibition fee refund: August 15
Notice of cancellation and request for refund
must be received in writing.
