First and Second Choice
Please note the “first” and “second” choice boxes. We will try to honor your first choice, but due to staffing requirements, this may not be possible. Responding quickly will help insure your first choice.

But I want to work multiple shifts!
Volunteer for as many shifts as you would like to work. Mark them as “first choice” and we will do our best to give you as many slots as possible.

Sunday afternoon & evening special request
The Sunday afternoon food shifts are difficult to fill. At those times, we experience high visitor numbers. Without volunteers to work the food area, we may suffer loss of sales. Also, we need sufficient Sunday evening take-down workers to insure a safe and timely fair-grounds cleanup. Please consider those shifts first so we may meet the need.

Pre-Event, September 1– October 2

Tasks include:
• Poster distribution • Data entry
• Phone calls • Pick-up and delivery
• Artist’s packets • Post No Parking signs

Artist Housing As in past years we will be attempting to house all artists who request accommodations. Use the form at right to bring some culture into your home by housing an honest-to-goodness artist. These arrangements have been very popular among the artists and some great friendships between artists and residents have formed. Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity!	I’d love to house an artist
